At Goldy Leather, we do our best to make your online shopping experience as smooth and reliable as possible. The information on shipping, delivery, and other details is mentioned below.

Order Processing & Cancellation

  • Order Confirmation: When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via Email.
  • Processing Time: Orders are normally processed within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Cancellation: In the event that you would like to cancel, you must inform us during the processing timeline. Once your order has left our workshop, we cannot accept cancellations.

Shipping Options & Delivery

We offer different shipping tiers to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping
    • Time: 7 to 15 working days
    • Price: No charge on all prepaid orders
  • Express Shipping
    • Time: 4 to 5 working days
    • Price: A flat fee (charged at checkout)

Note: Bulky or heavy items (such as Oversized Bags) may be charged an extra fee due to weight limits.

Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD)

  • Free COD: Available on purchases over ₹5000 INR.

International Shipping Details

We ship to most global destinations with a delivery window of 7 - 15 days.

  • Delivery Window: 7 to 14 business days (dependent on destination and customs clearance).
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes:
    • Any fee paid on import duties or taxes due in the destination country is the responsibility of the recipient.
    • Rates vary depending on the country. Please get in touch with your local customs office to find out more.

Special Circumstances

  • Made-to-Order Goods: Some designs are made to order to guarantee freshness and quality. This can add 3-5 business days of processing time to such items.
  • Delays: We use reliable couriers, but sometimes unexpected events occur (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, customs inspections). We will keep you updated, but we cannot offer shipping refunds for delays out of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspection: Please examine your order immediately upon arrival.

Warranty: In case of damage or imperfection of the product received, send us an email with pictures and order information within 7 days to info@goldyleather.com. We will organise a refund or replacement free of charge.
